Amy Collier (pictured left) is a Certified Social Worker and Stephanie Medley (pictured below) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Both have masters’ degrees in social work and have almost 20 years of experience working with individuals, children, and families to provide support, guidance, and resources to improve their patients’ quality of life.
Amy and Stephanie have served diverse populations with a wide variety of life concerns including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, severe mental illness, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Amy wants to help clients identify their needs to improve quality of life and help them access ways and means to accomplish their goals. Stephanie has a passion for removing the stigma surrounding mental health and strengthening the belief in the importance of self-care. She believes therapy is a tool for individuals to use as a change agent to empower themselves.

Talkspace
Engage in counseling from the convenience of your device. Messages and live sessions through text, voice, or video.
You receive five sessions for each unique presenting issue. One “session” generally equals one week of Talkspace access and the ability to send unlimited messages to your counselor, or one completed live video session.

LiveHealth Online
Connect to a licensed therapist through video using your smart phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Call the EAP at 855-873-4932 and ask for access to LiveHealth Online. A representative will provide you with a coupon code and instructions.
